User obligations
1. Generally speaking, users undertake to use the website and its related content, services and information diligently, lawfully, morally and in compliance with public order and that which is laid down in this Legal Notice. Moreover, users must refrain from using them in any way that might impair normal website functioning and enjoyment by other users, or which might harm or damage the property or the rights of the DATA FOR SCIENCE FOUNDATION, those of its providers, users and, in general any third party. Particularly, albeit without restricting the general obligation undertaken above, users undertake when using the website and its related services not to:

Intellectual and industrial property

Rescission
Notwithstanding any liability for harm or damages that may arise, the DATA FOR SCIENCE FOUNDATION can, immediately and without notice, rescind and hold as terminated its relationship with the user, preventing user access to the website and its services if it detects any use of the website or related services that contravenes the applicable general and particular terms and conditions.
