This Saturday we experienced something special together with AZTI during their open day in Pasaia.
Kids, families, and curious visitors came to discover how science can also be born from citizens’ hands, by customizing our boats with GPS devices that, once launched into the sea, will help us track the journey of marine litter.
Each decorated boat became another piece in this great collective puzzle to understand how waste moves and how we can stop it before it reaches the ocean.
Thank you to AZTI for opening its doors, and to everyone who participated with enthusiasm and creativity.
Protecting the sea also begins by sharing knowledge.
