This raffle is organized by FUNDACIÓN DATA FOR SCIENCE FUNDAZIOA (hereinafter FUNDACIÓN DATA FOR SCIENCE) with Tax ID G56958002, registered in the Foundations Registry of the Basque Country under number F-493, and domiciled at C/ Rodríguez Arias 28-30, 48009, Bilbao, Bizkaia.
Raffle Mechanics
From the Ulysses Project profile, we will make a post (image) to announce the raffle via Instagram, explaining the dynamics for entering the raffle for tickets to access BBK Klima and try Ulysses Experience.
To participate in the raffle, interested parties must:
- Follow @Ulysses.project and @BBKKlimaa_ on Instagram
- Tag 2 people, or as many as you like, in the post with whom you would like to attend, for more chances of winning.
- Repost or share it on your stories to earn an extra entry.
Winners will be chosen at random through a specialized raffle platform (such as Sortea2, Easypromos, or similar) that guarantees the transparency and randomness of the result. Participants who meet all requirements will be considered valid.
Prize Definition
The prize consists of 2 packs of 4 tickets for BBK Klima. Raffle winners accept the dates and conditions set out in these rules. If they do not accept them, it will be understood that they waive the prize. Under no circumstances may the prize of this promotion be exchanged for cash.
Participation Requirements and Deadline
To be eligible to win the raffle, participants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a natural person and participate through their own Instagram account.
- Reside within the territory of Spain.
- Be of legal age.
- Accounts tagged in comments when participating in the raffle must be real accounts belonging to natural persons, excluding accounts that represent organizations, companies, and/or celebrities.
Validity period: The participation period will begin on July 6, 2026 and end on July 13, 2026, both dates inclusive.
Participation in this raffle is completely free and does not require the purchase of any product or service, nor does it involve any cost or surcharge for the participant.
Selection of the Winner
The week following the participation deadline, Ulysses DFS will carry out the random draw through the platform and will check whether participants meet the 3 requirements necessary to enter the raffle.
If the requirements are not met, the draw will be carried out again.
Notification of the Winner
The prize will be communicated to the winners through the Instagram profile from which they participated. They will have 48 hours to respond. If they do not contact FUNDACIÓN DATA FOR SCIENCE within this period, it will be understood that the prize is not accepted, and another profile will be selected through the platform.
Prize Collection
The prize will be sent via direct message and/or email to the winners. The prize is personal and non-transferable. The identity of each winner will be verified exclusively through official documents (national ID card/foreign ID card or passport, or another similar identification document).
FUNDACIÓN DATA FOR SCIENCE will not be responsible for any extra and/or additional expenses beyond those expressly set out in these Rules, and it is released from any contractual and/or extracontractual liability that may be attributed to it as a result of or in connection with the use of the prize by the winners.
