This raffle is organized by FUNDACIÓN DATA FOR SCIENCE FUNDAZIOA (hereinafter FUNDACIÓN DATA FOR SCIENCE) with Tax ID G56958002, registered in the Foundations Registry of the Basque Country under number F-493, and domiciled at C/ Rodríguez Arias 28-30, 48009, Bilbao, Bizkaia.
2. CONTEST MECHANICS
An official post (image) will be published on the Ulysses Project Instagram profile to announce the giveaway. This post will explain the dynamics to enter the draw for tickets to access BBK Klima and experience the Ulysses Experience.
To participate in the giveaway, entrants must:
- Follow @Ulysses.project and @BBKKlimaa_ on Instagram.
- Tag 2 or more people in the comments of the post with whom they would like to attend to increase their chances of winning.
- Repost or share the publication on their Instagram Stories for an extra entry.
The winners will be chosen at random through a specialized giveaway platform (such as Sortea2, Easypromos, or similar) to ensure the transparency and randomness of the results. Only participants who meet all the requirements will be eligible.
3. PRIZE DEFINITION
The prize consists of 2 packs of 4 tickets to BBK Klima. The winners of the giveaway accept the dates and conditions set forth in these rules. In the event of non-acceptance, it will be understood that the winner waives the prize. Under no circumstances may the prize of this promotion be exchanged for cash.
4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND DEADLINE
In order to be eligible to win the giveaway, participants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a natural person and participate through their own Instagram account.
- Be a legal resident of Spain.
- Be of legal age (18+).
- The accounts tagged in the comments must be real personal accounts, excluding accounts representing organizations, businesses, and/or celebrities.
Entry Period: The participation period will begin on July 6, 2026, and will end on July 13, 2026, both inclusive.
Participation in this giveaway is completely free of charge and does not require the purchase of any product or service, nor does it imply any additional cost for the participant.
5. WINNER SELECTION
During the week following the participation deadline, Ulysses DFS will conduct the random draw through the platform and verify if the selected participants meet the requirements to enter the giveaway.
In the event that a selected participant does not meet the requirements, the draw will be conducted again.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The prize will be communicated to the winners via the Instagram profile they used to participate. They will have 48 hours to respond. If they do not contact FUNDACIÓN DATA FOR SCIENCE within this period, it will be understood that the prize is rejected, and another winner will be selected through the platform.
7. PRIZE COLLECTION
The prize will be sent via direct message and/or email to the winners. The prize is personal and non-transferable. The identity of each winner must be verified exclusively by means of official identification documents (DNI/NIE, passport, or other analogous identification document).
FUNDACIÓN DATA FOR SCIENCE will not be responsible for any extra and/or additional expenses not expressly contemplated in these Rules, and is released from any contractual and/or extra-contractual liability that could be attributed to it as a result of or in connection with the use of the prize by the winners.
8. UNFORESEEN EVENTS AND EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES. RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS
FUNDACIÓN DATA FOR SCIENCE also reserves the right to suspend, cancel, extend, shorten, or modify the promotion if circumstances force it to do so, without having to justify the decision and without any liability being claimed as a result, provided that this does not prejudice the rights acquired by the participants. FUNDACIÓN DATA FOR SCIENCE reserves the right to substitute the aforementioned prizes for others of similar characteristics and value. The prize delivered will not be subject to change, alteration, or compensation at the winner's request.
FUNDACIÓN DATA FOR SCIENCE is not responsible for any improper use of the prize by the winning customer. Likewise, FUNDACIÓN DATA FOR SCIENCE is not responsible for any damage the beneficiary of this promotion may suffer while enjoying it, nor for any potential loss, deterioration, theft, or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of the giveaway and the prizes.
FUNDACIÓN DATA FOR SCIENCE reserves the right to take legal action against those persons who perform any type of act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the giveaway. Likewise, any type of fraud detected in the participation system will result in the immediate elimination of the affected participants.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these Rules and the criteria of FUNDACIÓN DATA FOR SCIENCE regarding the resolution of any issue that may arise. Consequently, FUNDACIÓN DATA FOR SCIENCE may legitimately disqualify any participant who does not comply with these rules, thereby releasing FUNDACIÓN DATA FOR SCIENCE from any obligation to said participant.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These official rules are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these rules, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Bilbao, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
